Forte Emeralds Sdn Bhd

In 2022, Forte Emeralds Sdn Bhd was entrusted by the Perak State Government to develop the first Perakku Housing Project in the Tambun parliamentary area, Chemor. The project, known as Astana Chemor, comprises a total of 184 single-storey and double-storey terrace houses, including 53 units of Perakku 1 low-cost homes. This project aims to help low- and middle-income groups own their first homes.
