Sales and Marketing Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Design and manage marketing plans, marketing campaigns, and sales strategies, including analysis of sales and marketing trends, advertising, and marketing promotional events.
Guide buyers through the entire purchasing journey, from property booking and housing loan applications to the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) and final handover.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Admin. / Marketing or related field.
Candidates with 3 years of relevant working experience will have an added advantage.

Project Administrator
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinates day-to-day project activities, manages schedules, tracks budgets, and maintains documentation.
Maintain, organize, and store essential project documents (both digital and physical) and prepare progress reports and monitor incoming and outgoing project correspondence.
Assist in preparing purchase requisitions, payment documents, invoices and other project-related administrative documents.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Project Management or related field.
Candidates with 2 years of relevant working experience will have an added advantage.
Strong organizational and document management skills.
Junior Accounts Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Manages a company’s daily financial operations, including bookkeeping, managing accounts payable/receivable, and assisting with month-end closing.
Accounting Operations: Manage full-set accounts, process invoices, and reconcile bank statements and ledgers.
Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow forecasts.
Audit & Tax Compliance: Coordinate with external auditors and tax agents, and prepare necessary documentation for annual audits, tax submissions, and statutory filings.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a recognized professional accounting qualification
Typically 3 years of proven experience in an accounting or finance role
Accounts Assistant/Clerk
Key duties and responsibilities include:
Supports a finance team by managing day-to-day bookkeeping, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Transaction Processing: Entering daily financial transactions and journal entries into accounting software.
Billing & Invoicing: Generating and processing invoices, tracking payments, and following up on outstanding accounts.
Expense Tracking: Reviewing employee expense reports, managing petty cash, and processing vendor payments.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Experienced with AutoCount accounting software.
Background in handling project accounts is an added advantage.
