Site Supervisor

Manages day-to-day construction site operations to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
Leading teams/subcontractors, enforcing safety regulations, inspecting work quality, managing material supplies, and reporting progress to the Project Manager.

Requirement:
At least 3 years of experience in the related field
Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering

Quantity Surveyor

Manage all costs from initial design to completion, ensuring the project is completed within budget while meeting quality and legal standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Cost Estimation & Budgeting, preparing Bill of Quantities (BoQ) and Tendering & Procurement documents, and managing legal contracts.

Requirement:
At least 3 years of experience in the related field
Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying

Project Executive

Construction – Oversees multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy, budget compliance, managing client relationships, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Risk mitigation, stakeholder management, improving operational efficiency, and project planning.

Requirement:
At least 3 years of experience in the related field
Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
