The PropertyGuru Asia Awards, was established in Thailand in 2005 as the supreme symbol to “recognise the region’s finest in real estate” in Asia. The awards acknowledge, honour, and celebrate the outstanding accomplishments of developers and developments on both domestic and regional level.

The awards have opened the competition to recognise real estate excellence in numerous countries including Australia, Greater Niseko (Japan), Mainland China, Malaysia, Singapore and many more.

On the 27 July 2022, Mimbar Nusantara Holdings Sdn Bhd delivered a presentation for the 9th PropertyGuru Asia Awards Malaysia (2022) at Hilton Kuala Lumpur. The presentation, regarding the housing projects that they have carried out, was delivered to the judges and later on managed to be shortlisted in the PropertyGuru Asia Award. This event is conducted by PropertyGuru in partnership with iProperty.com.my.
